Our return and refund policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
The product must be in its original packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Please note: As our products are handcrafted, minor variations in color, embroidery, or texture are natural and are not considered defects.
